Double check that you’ve entered the correct Delivery Details before continuing . Please ensure that the delivery address is secure and safe to leave parcels. Parcels are sent within Australia by express post with tracking numbers as proof of sending and may be left at the delivery address or sent to your nearest post office for collection. Platinum service requires a signature on delivery and parcels will be sent to your nearest post office if you are not at home. If unsure we can send to work addresses.

Sea Jewels swimwear will replace or repair a swimsuit if it is flawed due to manufacturing faults if we are contacted immediately upon receipt of the goods. Sea Jewels has the right to assess any worn returned merchandise before offering a repair, depending on the age and condition of the garment. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges or repairs may not be provided after prolonged use.

Sea Jewels swimwear offers to exchange or refund goods returned to our secure post office box as long as the garment is unworn, in good condition and all swing tags are attached. Please refer to our returns policy for more information. Refunds will be processed using the method that was originally used to pay for the order.

All parcels are sent by express post within Australia. The parcel can be tracked but please ensure that a secure address is given as Sea Jewels takes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We also offer Express Post Platinum which requires signature on delivery so if unsure please choose this method of posting.

Orders Outside Australia: GST is removed for orders outside Australia but customs and duty may be charged in accordance with your countries laws. Any additional charges that are incurred as a result of purchases sent outside of Australia is the responsibility of the purchaser.
